I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Monterrey! The rooms were spacious and modern, and I appreciated the huge TV and great cable options. The dining options were impressive, with delicious food available throughout the day. The staff went above and beyond to help and even walked me to my destinations. However, I did have a hiccup with the phone service that could be improved. Overall, I felt safe and found the hotel to be exceptional value for money.

Additionally, I encountered a pushy sales tactic during my stay that made for an uncomfortable moment. Overall, if you handle the extra costs and avoid the sales pitch, it’s worth a visit.
